ORDERING, DELIVERY & RETURNS
All online payments are handled securely using Paypal.
Paypal allows you to pay by most major credit and debit cards so you DO NOT require a PayPal account to pay by debit or credit card – simply select the Pay with a debit or credit card section on the PayPal form when making payment.
ShuZu Ltd does not handle or store any credit card information provided online.

For larger deliveries, extra postage charges may apply should the parcel weight exceed 2.5kg. Should you wish to place a larger order direct, we will be happy to quote the necessary charges.
Refunds & Returns
1. Statutory Cancellation Right
If you wish to return goods purchased from us then in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have seven working days (excludes weekends and bank holidays) starting from the day after receipt to notify us (firstname.lastname@example.org) of your intention to cancel the contract with us and receive a full refund of the price paid including postage.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession and you must return the goods to us as soon as possible (timeframe to be agreed when you notify us). All goods, including any gift with purchase, must be returned to us unworn and in their original packaging, complete with all labels. Returned goods should be wrapped with sufficient outer packaging so as to protect the original manufactures box. They are returned at your own risk so we recommend adequate insurance and proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for goods lost or damaged in transit and they are your responsibility until they are received at our premises.
2. Faulty Goods
Without prejudice to your statutory rights.
If you think that your goods are faulty please return them to us at the address shown below. We recommend that you get proof of postage from the Post Office. The goods are your responsibility whilst in transit to us.
On receipt of the goods and after inspection of the goods we will either:
- accept the return and refund the price of the goods plus postage
- if the items are found not to be faulty, return them to you at your cost
Please note that goods will not be deemed faulty if the fault is not a result of manufacture but has instead been caused by wear and tear or misuse e.g scuffing of toe box or sides of shoes, excessive wear on soles common with using shoes as brakes. Goods that have been been worn for more than three months will automatically be considered by us to have undergone normal wear and tear (based on industry standards).
